Built for Severance, the Woe Machine embodies the meticulous design and corporate precision of Lumon Industries. Featuring repurposed vintage Nagra components, a custom PCB, wireless control, and dual independent needle movement, this device was engineered to seamlessly integrate into the sterile, controlled world of Kier.
make3 Control Machine
Designed to overcome communication challenges on set, the make3 Control Machine was built for reliable, wireless device control in environments where standard commercial protocols like Bluetooth and WiFi struggle due to signal congestion. This project combined precision engineering with ergonomic design, resulting in a compact, tactile device that balances functionality and durability.

Make3 is a joint venture between two creators from the film production world, driven by a lifelong passion for building, designing, and engineering. What started as a love for crafting props, electronics, and functional objects for fun has evolved into a studio where we merge worlds—film, fabrication, and technology—to create props that are as detailed and functional as they are visually striking.
