Severance: Supplemental Props

Project: Severance Season 2

Requirements: For Severance Season 2, we were tasked with designing and fabricating a series of unique, screen-ready props that seamlessly fit into the meticulously curated world of Lumon Industries. Working within the show’s distinct production design, we built multiple functional props, each serving a specific role in the narrative.

Materials: Varied materials including aluminum, 3D-printed PETG, ASA, and PLA, acrylic paint, powder-coated finishes, and electroplated components.

Process: The fabrication began with CAD design and 3D modeling based on concept drawings and reference images. Components were 3D printed, while metal parts were electroplated or painted with a metal finish to achieve the desired look and durability.
